Description
Miguel is an international entrepreneur with a genuine love for digital at the service of the business.
Prior to Carrefour, he spent 10+ years as a consultant, working for different firms including McKinsey & Company. He has supported multiple CxOs in the design and execution of digital transformation programs. During this period Miguel served across different B2C industries, including retail, financial services and telco / software. He also had significant international exposure, with projects in Europe, US, LatAm, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
Miguel joined Carrefour in September 2019 to lead the tech function at Group level. Mid-2021 he took on additional responsibilities in data & analytics and digital innovation. In January 2023, he assumed a more global role of digital transformation.
Miguel holds a double diploma in Software Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and INSA Toulouse, as well as a Master in Information Management from HEC Paris and an MBA from INSEAD.
